After the Farmer’s Market, we visit this nice little local book store with as many bottle of wines as books. No wonder our book club leader got discouraging reply when she contacted the store

Nothing is special, just another weekend market. Every veggie seems organic. Soaps, cheeses, orchids, coffees, breads (flies!! yuck), desserts, babies, doggies … harmonic and pleasant. One of the vender’s guacamole is wonderful.

This Nature Preserve is at the northern tip of this waterfront community, facing Tampa Bay with St. Pete to the west and Tampa to the north. The sunset view is wonderful.

No swimming no wading signs are visibly posted but beach goers go into the water anyway. The areas are well protected and the water is clear. It’s hard to stay away.
This Italian tomato pasta sauce was brought to the market by Campbell ‘s Soup in 1981.
Over the years, I used many pasta sauces that sold in the supermarket. I don’t really favor one over the other because I like to make my own.
Recently, I bought pack of three of Prego. And yuck … yuck … they’re so sweet. Looking at the ingredient label, I’m shocked to see 9g of sugar per serving, which is half cup or 120ml. That’s a LOT of sugar. Why do they do that?
Some of the most recent restaurants that are on my sugar list:
From Amalie Arena
Garrison Channel is one of many waterways in Tampa. On the northern side/bank is Amalie Arena, the south side is Harbour Island. East is Ybor Turning Basic, with the Florida Aquarium, American Victory Ship & Museum and Sparkman Wharf, and west has that goes out to Tampa Bay.
We usually went to have lunch at Moscow Restaurant, either before or after visiting the Zoo.

Will return.
The place is original, and pretty big with an open air stage in the back. We went tonight for the Grateful Dead tribute – decent performance by Uncle John’s Band. I think it’s John’s 70th birthday. Here is Uncle John’s Band released in 1970 by GD on youtube.
The service at the restaurant is good, food is pretty delicious. We’ve the famous sandwich, chargrilled oysters, hush poppy – all are decent.
We ordered their key lime pie but our friends devoured it – they said it’s really good.
