This is one of the tallest building in New York, next to Steinway Hall. It has 75-story with top floor measured at 1,286 feet and the tip tops at 1,396 ft. It was built on the former site of Drake Hotel.
I hope the photos over the times I took are of the building – my best guess that they’re. In any case, it’s fun to document it’s rise, however random and sporadic.
On 2022.4.18, the WSJ reports, the five-bedroom condo sold for $70 million dollars: 8,000 square foot on the 82nd floor, and two staff units on the lower floor. The seller, a limited partnership, Blessings Investment, purchased the unit in 2016, for $66.47m, and listed it for $90m in August 2020, $79m in April 2021.
