OMG!

This has to be one of my favorites.

Breath taking, simply put.

We saw a sea otter and a seal as we were having our breakfast. On our way out, a deer greeted us. The Granite Point Trail is near that takes you to the top. We went down to the stone beach, heard the sound of stones. The little bathroom by the entrance is very clean. The cost of parking is $10, it’s good for all the state parks on the same day.

DSCN7208We went very early and easily found parking on the street. As we were leaving, the late comers have to park on the street when the lots are full.

The nearest city is Carmel-by-the-Sea.
