New Paltz, NY 新帕尔茨


This up state college town (SUNY) in New York has about 14,000 population (census 2010), is 80 miles north of Grand Central station in midtown Manhattan (NYC).

It was formed in 1678 by a group of religious refugees from France, known as Huguenots, and seven homes are preserved, making up the Huguenot Street Historic District.
