Queensyard
10 Hudson Yards
New York, NY 10001
Will return.
One of Hudson Yards‘ many eateries. It claims to be a British restaurant (note: not British cuisine … is there any?). They take a break between lunch and dinner, till 5pm – it seems to be the rule for the Hudson Yards.
We sat by the window, looking out to the Vessel and Hudson River (thinking how can we cross the river to njpac for the Swan Lake – NJ Transit). Nice stem. I particular like their chairs, comfy and whimsical.
Really good service and food – unfortunately we only have time for two appetizers to make our 7pm Swan Lake across the river.
- Mussels – the bread is yummy
- Liver Mousse – bit sweet for my taste
Either they don’t serve tap water, or failed to understand my Chinglish, we paid $9 for a bottle of water which we don’t need. Trust me, New York’s tap water is the best.
