A short video demonstrating how to make this local favorite. It reminds me of Beijing’s boyu 拨鱼儿. The one piece tool is better.

After lunch we went to shopping at Wenyuan Erxiang 文苑二巷 and supermarket. The Q tips looks thoughtful but unsure of its functionality.  The bakery misspell bread to biead: the need for English in this small town is amusing.
