Day 2: a bending knife
- Wababi prawns – good
- French onion soup – without cheese
- Mixed garden – good
- Lamb chops – dry
- Chocolate cheese cake – mousse cake
- Strawberry sorbet – good

- Crianza Viña Amézola Rioja 2018
- Chateau Grand Moulin Syrah 2016 – better
Buffet for day 1, as usual. The three wines are decent. Cutio for lunch and the other two for dinner, and the skipper with his team in the kitchen.
